Tracy Waddington is an LIMHP Therapist with Alivation. She has a passion and a great big heart for the work she’s privileged and honored to do. It has always been a goal in her life to not only make a difference, but to BE the difference. She loves being able to work with adolescents, adults, couples, individuals, and families. She is a mother to two beautiful sons, a dog named Max, and she loves wrestling, as both her sons are avid in the sport. She also loves being in nature and the great outdoors, biking and exercising, and taking in Husker football and volleyball. Her spirituality is also deeply important to her. She loves to work from a Solution-Focused approach, and is grateful to be a part of the Alivation team, doing what she loves and feels called to do.
