We are proud to offer our patients a full-service pharmacy, Alivation Pharmacy, LLC.   In an effort to provide the highest levels of care and convenience, patients can now easily manage, order and refill all their prescriptions on site. Our knowledgeable team of pharmacists provides medication therapy management services in addition to:

  • Alivation Pharmacy mobile app:   View your prescriptions, request refills and get reminders sent to you.

  • Can’t get to the clinic to pick up your prescription(s)?

    – No-Cost Mail Order: We’ll mail your medication within the state of Nebraska at no additional charge and we will e-mail you a USPS tracking number.
    * Service not offered to Federally Insured patients (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE)

  • Medication synchronization:   All of your medication refills can be fulfilled on the same day.

  • Medication therapy management:   Understand your medications and discuss any questions with your pharmacy team.

  • No waiting:   Leave Alivation with your prescription(s) in hand.

  • Prior authorizations:   We work with your provider and insurance to ensure your medications are covered.

  • Text and email reminders:   Receive an automatic notification when your prescription is ready.
